Ghostly Grandma

Blouse and velvet skirt: American Apparel, thrifted sweater, Illamasqua lipstick

I'm becoming A Person Who Wears American Apparel. These are my only two pieces from that brand, but it seems somehow like cheating at fashion to wear them in the same outfit. I really don't like wearing two things from the same brand at one time, especially one as ubiquitous as American Apparel. Then again, I like this outfit, so whatever.

I love the ghostly flowers on this shirt. The fashion world is so oversaturated with floral prints that even I was starting to get bored of them, and half my wardrobe is floral. I like that this print has the grandma factor of your average floral print but also looks a little ethereal and spooky.

  4. totally get what your saying about aa. I own like 3 things from there (one of them is a blouse the same print as your shirt) and i think I wear them at least 3 times a week. I totally get what you're saying about florals, they can get realllyyy boring but when done right they're kind of the bomb diggity. Ethereal vibes ftw!

  7. Wow, uw blog is dus de perfecte combinatie van glitters, sterren, donuts en een overdosis suiker gekoppeld aan kawaii kleren. Zo leuk om Belgische bloggers tegen te komen! :) xoxo

  12. Oooooooh I love that floral print - it's like the photograph prints that were hugely popular on those stretchy tight body shirts in the 70s. Oh god imagine the stench down the local disco with all that nylon and sweat! My mind wanders ... but you are inspiring so I can't help it. Your spectator shoes are completely glorious and who cares if it's the same label? You look superb! xoxoxo
